70 years pon porsche import

This limited edition 911 was originally developed by Pon Porsche Import in collaboration with Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur to celebrate the 70^(th) anniversary of the Dutch Porsche importer. Following Ben Pon’s passing on 30 September last year, Porsche AG and Pon Porsche Import agreed to name the car after him and release it in a limited edition of 20 units. AGH & Friends created the special 70^(th)-anniversary logo design for this commemorative model, which features in various places on the 911.

The 911 Carrera 4S ‘Ben Pon Jr.’ shares the same colour scheme as the first Porsche 356 delivered in the Netherlands in 1949. It is therefore not only a tribute to Ben Pon, but also a lasting and exclusive reminder of the signing of the contract for ’the exclusive representation of Porsche automobiles for Holland’ between Pon and Porsche AG in 1949, marking the beginning of the world’s first Porsche importer.
