PORSCHE 50 YEARS OF RENNSPORT

To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the 911 RS, Porsche has unveiled the latest addition to the RS line-up: the new 911 (992) GT3 RS. This provides the perfect opportunity to look back at the rich history of this legendary model. On 5 October 1972, at the Paris Motor Show, Porsche introduced the fastest German production car of its time — the first production model to feature both a front and rear spoiler. The latter earned it the nickname ‘ducktail’. This 911 Carrera RS had a 2.7-litre engine producing 210 hp and reaching a top speed of 245 km/h. Fifty years later, Porsche presents the seventh-generation RS: the 911 (992) GT3 RS. It is equipped with a 4.0-litre engine that delivers 525 hp, enabling it to reach a top speed of 296 km/h. Built for maximum performance.

AGH & Friends created the complete concept, from the print campaign in special interest magazines to the showroom concept at official Porsche Centres, including the unique giveaway, the Limited Edition book 50 Years of Rennsport.
